If you do not have an account and would like to create a new account click here for register.
Select the profile icon next to the shop icon and select ‘Account Details‘. Under the heading ‘Account Details’, check ‘Change Password’. Enter your current password, then your new password, re- enter new password. Select ‘Save Changes’.
Click on login/signup and click on the forgot password . After that enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
We currently provide our products in Canada and the United States only.
All items are normally shipped within one business day. Occasionally some items are out of stock and our website is not updated yet, we will notify you with two options: place it on back order or refund you in full. If a payment is not cleared or placed under investigation, items will be held until the payment is cleared or a resolution is reached.

Yes, BDF Graphics offer a one-year limited warranty on new equipment and a 90-day limited warranty on replacement parts, covering defects in material and workmanship. Consumables and general wear and tear are not covered. Warranty services are provided in Toronto, with the buyer responsible for shipping costs. Read the detailed warranty policy here.
To return an item, the item must be a new, unused and unopened box otherwise the return request will decline or a%10 to %30 fee might apply. Return request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase(Online order from the day item arrived).
You may return the item to our store or by mail. If you want to return an item by mail, follow steps below:

- We will prepare and provide a return shipping label via email.
- Print the return label and adhere it to your package.
- Drop-off the package at your nearest Canada Post or UPS location.
- We will issue the refund after we receive your package
