Former Owner
I started the business in 2008, focusing on supplying equipment and supplies for the graphic printing industry. Initially, we sold exclusively online through eBay and our website. As customers began purchasing directly from our warehouse or by phone, we promptly shipped their orders. By adhering to our principles of excellent service and quality products at reasonable prices, we rapidly grew and achieved a high customer retention rate. Within three years, we expanded our product range and doubled our warehouse space.
